Sync Iphone Notes

Sync your iPhone notes to your computer.

The Notes application on your iPhone enables you to jot down small amounts of information, which can be sent in an email or synced to your computer’s email program. In order to sync your phone’s notes to your computer you must first set up note syncing in the Apple iTunes program. The iTunes program acts as a device manager for your iPhone by providing basic organization of your phone’s contents. Once synced, your notes can be found in your Apple Mail application or in Microsoft Outlook.

1. Plug the USB cable into your iPhone, and plug the other end into your computer’s empty USB port.

2. Click the “iTunes” icon on your computer screen’s dock on Macintosh computers. For PCs, click, “Start,” “All Programs,” “Apple” and “iTunes” to run the program.

3. Click the iPhone tab located in the iTunes sidebar, and click the “Info” tab located in the main window in iTunes.

4. Check the box next to “Sync Notes,” and click the “Apply” button. Disconnect your iPhone from your computer after the “iPhony sync is complete. OK to disconnect” appears.
